🔄 Return & Refund Policy
• Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items — no questions asked. Twinkle Tale reserves the right to inspect the returned items before processing the refund. Please note that shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.
• Missing Items in Returns:
If a customer claims to return multiple items but the pickup contains fewer products, Twinkle Tale may deduct up to the full MRP of the missing item(s) from the refund amount. This includes promotional items, such as free gifts.
• Refund Policy:
Once we receive your returned product at our warehouse and complete a quick quality check, your refund will be initiated. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days after the product is received.
• Replacement & Exchange:
You can request a replacement or exchange based on your preference. The same conditions as returns apply. Replacements will only be shipped after the original item has been picked up or delivered back to us.
• Return Process:
You can initiate a return request through our website/app, or by emailing us at twinkletalessilver@gmail.com.
After booking your return, please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup and answer calls from the delivery partner. If the pickup fails due to unavailability or unanswered calls, the courier may cancel the pickup, and the process will need to be re-initiated, which may extend the timeline.
• Empty Parcel or Missing Product Claims:
If you receive an empty parcel or find a product missing, please contact us within 48 hours at twinkletalessilver@gmail.com. A 360° video of the sealed package being opened is required for verification. Claims with insufficient proof or signs of tampering may not be accepted. Twinkle Tale reserves the right to make the final decision in such cases.
